- Beef at least 10 years old (compared to 4-5 years on average for standard Wagyu)
- Maturation of at least 45 to 60 days for remarkable intensity.
- Optimal level of fat infiltration.
- Raised in freedom in pasture in an exceptional ecosystem, in the plains of Galicia, at our breeder Nay.
- Breeder voted “best small breeder in the world” at the World Steak Challenge 2024.
Beef fillet sold individually, individual portions between 250 and 350 g depending on the cut.
Limited stock: each batch is reserved and cut for Voraz by our breeder.
