- Maturation of at least 45 to 60 days for remarkable intensity.
- Optimal level of fat infiltration.
- Raised in freedom in pasture in an exceptional ecosystem, in the plains of Galicia, at our breeder Nay.
- Breeder voted “best small breeder in the world” at the World Steak Challenge 2024.
Rib of beef sold individually, pieces between 1.1 and 1.4 kg depending on the cut.
Limited stock: each batch is reserved and cut for Voraz by our breeder.
